Case Study

Background

Our client is a boutique public relations firm based in Michigan. Poised for exponential growth, the Mugen Group was tasked to develop and execute a strategy to become one of the top 3 public relations firms in Michigan.

Problem: PR firm needed to position itself as a top firm capable of competing with larger more established firms and deliver exceptional results.


Solution:  We developed a strategy to win in the market by pursuing contracts most aligned to the PR firm's mission and vision.


Execution:  We restructured operations and developed systems, processes and procedures to support rapid scale in support of larger contracts.  We also focused on business development activities to increase our capabilities and add more value to our government clients.


Results:  The PR firm is on track to hit 7 figures within it's first 6 months of working with the Mugen Group.  Within 90 days, the small PR firm was awarded approximately $50K in additional monthly revenue.  Within 120 days the PR firm won its first $200K+ contract.
